Yamaha has been sued repeatedly in both state and federal courts by people injured in Yamaha Rhino rollover accidents. Yamaha Rhino lawsuits filed in federal court have been consolidated before U.S. District Judge Jennifer B. Cofffman in the Western District of Kentucky. Judge Coffman has now entered an order stating that the first Yamaha Rhino lawsuits filed in federal court will go to trial in June 2010. There have not yet been any Yamaha Rhino accident trials in state or federal court.
