Jan. 29, 2009 - Lawyers argued before the federal MDL panel today about consolidating lawsuits filed in federal court involving Yamaha Rhino rollovers. Consolidation would permit one federal court to oversee discovery in all Rhino rollover cases filed in all federal courts in the U.S.. A decision is expected within a few weeks. This motion does not affect Yamaha Rhino rollover lawsuits filed in state courts.
