Texas couple file lawsuit after Yamaha Rhino rollover accident

Texarkana, TX - Yamaha was sued on June 17, 2009 by attorneys for a Texarkana couple who alleged that the wife suffered injuries in a Rhino rollover accident.  According to the lawsuit, filed on behalf of Krissi and Jason Henry, the Rhino was being operated on relatively flat terrain when the rollover occurred.  The Henrys are requesting payment for health care expenses, physical pain and suffering, mental anguish, physical disability and impairment, disfigurement, lost wages, loss of wage earning capacity, and other damages, according to a Southeast Texas Record article.
