Yamaha Rhino Recall

On March 25, 2008, Yamaha and the Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of 2008 Yamaha Rhino ATVs due to the risk of brake failure. The Rhino already had a poor safety record due to the fact that earlier models failed to have doors to protect occupants in the event of a rollover, and the fact that Rhinos were prone to rollover accidents.
